Diarmuid: Actually, really sorry Li, I’m just going pop out for a minute.

Yang Li: Eh?

Diarmuid: Yes, sorry… just popping out.

Yang Li: Ok, see you in a second. Hmm, Diarmuid 说他需要 pop out, pop out这也是我们今天要学的新词。 当我们说 pop out, 意思就是出去一小会儿，马上就回来。我想 Diarmuid 马上就会回来的，说到就到。

Diarmuid: Hi Li, I’m back.

Yang Li: Oh, good.


I said "pop over for a cup of tea", not "pop into a cup of tea!"

Diarmuid: So, what’s our word for the day?

Yang Li: I’ve already explained it. Pop, as in pop out.
