今天我们要学的词是comfort zone。

Comfort zone, 指某人得心应手的领域。

"The kitchen is his comfort zone,"
他在厨房里得心应手。

"He found his comfort zone in the pool,"
他在游泳池里找到了用武之地。

"The role requires the actor to step out of his comfort zone,"
根据角色的要求，这个演员必须改变自己原来的戏路。

"The editor encouraged him to move out of his comfort zone and try some investigative reporting,"
编辑鼓励他大胆走出自己得心应手的领域，尝试做一些调查性报道。
