美国总统奥巴马希望能重新启动中东和谈，但是分析人士说，

"Obama's first task is to get the two sides to agree on a starting point for negotiations,"
奥巴马的首要任务就是要让双方找到一个彼此都能接受的谈判起点。


在刚刚结束的20国集团峰会上，与会首脑表示，要联合行动，加强金融控制，纠正经济的失衡状态。虽然没有规定具体目标，但是观察人士说，

"The action plan is a good starting point,"
这项行动计划是一个好的起点。
