商务部的高翻的确是高手，中英文造诣都达到了很高的境界

Since I am studying in geneva, I have had some opportunities to encounter some professional interpreters/translators from the MOFCOM on occasion of WTO meetings. I was deeply impressed by their high levels of both mandarin Chinese and English proficiency. Without any doubts, they are widely regarded as the finest interpreters in China, some of the best ones in China. The rare pearls. As simple as that. of course, this is only my personal subjective judgement.
Of course, not all their works are masterpieces. There is always room for improvement.
as readers, we are very like spectators in a football match: we can always say that the palyers didn't perform as well as they should. But if we go down in the field and play in their place...another story.
