Symptoms: The left upper part of my throat will swell and ache after eating sweets, nuts, spicy or fried fatty food. Hot food will also irritate there. Left nasal discomfort comes and goes and my upper throat is still tender right now. Sometimes it feels like the surface of nasal cavity there is pretty rough. My nose bled in a scorching day of this summer and hurt a lot after bleeding, felt like there was a cut inside of nare. But the pain went away in a couple of days.
