为什么普通话讲得好的人更容易讲好英语？

我感觉可能有两个原因，第一个是普通话和英文的相通之处比其他任何一种方言都多。所以当时国民政府和人民政府的选择是对的。

另一个原因是讲普通话的地区基本上没有经济落后地区，这样基础英语的师资有保障。

不知还有没有别的什么原因。

当然了这个命题也可能根本不为真。
