1. certain time periods are not available for schedualing other works.
The company has blacked out this Thursday for power switch maintainance.

2. The city lost electricity power
Silicon Valley has experienced blackouts yesterday due to the first winter storm this year.

3. Football game will not be broadcast on Sunday
This Sunday's Raider's game will be blacked out by NFL on your local TV stations due to low tickets sales so far.

4. The other usage (lost conscious) is rare to hear. We are all healthy people.
