I have simple and practical methods

1. Turn on your TV subtitle, and put a dictionary by your side
2. watch all advertisements on TV with the subtitle on for 3 months and repeat the marketing slogans;
3. watch sports broadcasting for 3 months with the subtitle on, repeat key content words
4. Watch news with the subtitle on for 3 months, check against newspapers within 24 hours
5. start to watch teenage dramas for 3 months;
6. List to later night talk show for 3 months;
7. try movie now.

Each day, learn 3 words from subtitles.

You will have your English listening handy after this program.
