It seems to me that you have put the bar too high. This should be a lifelong process. Even the majority of the native speakers should admit that these criteria are beyond their ability.

We, Chinese learners of English as our second language, need several-decade hard working before achieving this goal.

The first and foremost thing to do is to start writing. The more we write, the nearer we approach this objective.

Today, we can already see the light of dawm on the horizon.
