An excellent pronunciation book for British English

Better English Pronunciation by J D O'Connor, Cambridge University Press

The book has no digital version. It comes with the cassettes, which is very inconvenient for learning pronunciation, but the book is really good. I used to learn how to pronunication consonants, which are the same for both British and American.
