Working moms are not easy. They have to juggle with their work, house chores and children-care while employers always hope the employee can devote 100% to the work.

Unless there are some laws passed to support working mom's flexibility around emergency cover or school holidays on the one hand, and on the other hand provide some kind of subsidiary payment or tax cutting to the employers, working moms will be always at the disadvantage when it comes to job hunting and career promotion.
