First, I want to thank you for spending time to evaluate my work and for all the help you have given me. As a junior employee, I have achieved "all tasks are finished on time and to the standards" under the condition that my heavy work load and high valuation standards are those of senior employees.Hence it is unfortunate and sort of confusing that the comment says that my "work does not meet the standards". It would be greatly appreciated if a reasonable explanation is given, which will definitely help me in my future
work.
Also, I believe it will be fair that appropriate work load and standards are used for entry level employees including myself.
