A tough one is actor. [k] before [t] would cause a short stop, you seem skipping k completely.

As the stress, you have done well by stressing some words from sentences. But, for some words, you need to lengthen the vowels. I just point two of them:
indeed and proceed. Both the second vowel needs to be lengthened.
