Just my two cents:
Don't be nervous or discouraged when people say that your reading is terrible. People's feedbacks should be used for your reference only. You may recognize the problems, make a list of them. But it's not releastic trying to resolve all the problems at once. You are your own boss! I would recommend the approach used by BJ #2 or eyeyey. That is trying to improve one thing or two at a time. For example, use one month to improve pronunication, then another month to tackle the intonation issues, etc. This way you're making gradual progresses in your reading even though there are things that need to be improved during the process. Keep your direction and one day you will be there.
