Please try some tricks:

Move the point where the vowel blasts a little back in your mouth. So that your Ted won't sound like [taid], ...

weaken or just remove some vowel, ig. the first in guitar

Still, your biggest problem is rhythm. In term of this, Ren Wowei does better.
