VOA Download tool is not working

年初，我在这里下载了一个VOA Download tool，可以自动下载VOA special Eng weekly。一直都用得很好。但这个礼拜不WORK了。有谁知道是哪个大侠做的这个tool吗？或者是有谁也遇到这样的情况，知道如何FIX吗？谢谢。
