練前糊塗練後清，
一時沉重一日輕,
教我越活越年青,
百年恩愛難忘情.

Confused before,
Cleared after the training,
Felt heaviness during a hour,
but lightness for a day,
The more I live,
the younger I feel,
Love of bountness is
unforgettable.
