Santa Fe is a nice place to visit.

1) go north about 30 minutes, there is a ski resort.
2) there is a famous lab to the north.
3) a lot of art galleries if you like arts.
4) a NATURE lover's site nearby where cloths are OPTIONAL, hehe.

One of pitfalls is only 3 Chinese restaurants available if I recall it correctly.

My 1st job offer upon graduation came from that lab.
However, I did like the loneliness there. So I ran to California for money after my two weeks of staying there when I got my second job offer from industry.
