I don't like the tone of this article, but I do enjoy the China advantage. ;)

I know Hong Kong and Macau are truly tax havens for the rich. The fact Mr. Hu had pulled the two areas from the 'blacklist' is quite amazing, it shows how the world now looking at China as the problem solver for the fincial crisis.
