exopathic factor or internal cause?

Mar.31 and 30 are the birthdays of two persons I acqauinted: Mr. Al Gore and my uncle Chao-huan, respectively.

Although both of them share a common background-- their fathers are Senator or equivalent of Senator. Their life road are vastly different.

Is it for 外因〖exopathic factor〗or 内因〖internal cause〗? By fate or not by fate? It would be quite an argument.

My uncle died from cancer years ago. I cherish my memory to you, dear uncle!
