almost perfect except you might want to pay more attention

to 't' as in "it" and "that". The sound 't' is somewhat like a puff sound, very light.

I personally think the sound 't' can be almost silenced but in the mean time the action of pronouncing 't' is kept.

the eye should sounds thee eye.

You can also adding some linking between words.
your vowel pronunciation is perfect, so are most of the your pronunciation for consonants. Beautiful intonation , beautiful reading! thanks!
