Keep Chin Up

A fighter, me, calls for a pause today. My strength, effectiveness and energy completely drain. I want to do nothing rather welcome a big break in life.

The unborn has been kicking so much in my tummy. Honey, what's going on? You are just happy, aren't you? Sorry, Mommy couldn't give you enough attention now. I'll make it up, alright? .....Good boy.

Woo-hoo,working hard, raising the 8-year-old prince, bearing the coming angel, soothing my relationship and keeping chin up through the financial storms, I didn't doubt that I could do all. And I must. It is simply hard to watch the market crash every day while the newly formed American political group is trying to establish a socialism realm on this land, which used to be called dream land. Sure, the United States longs for changes. But who said that the changes always go better not worse? Imagine under a politician, as well as a socialist.

The road of life can be so many things at so many different times. One minute I'm on a smooth straightway, zipping through without a care in the world. The next minute, I find myself at a crossroads, wondering which road to go on. All I do is climbing up a steep slope wondering if I'll ever make it to the top, only to find that the top is full of nothing but bumps and potholes.

A voice is rising, "you can't stop now, you must go on" because soon there is bound to be straight and smooth paths again.
