The problem is that most people seem to be waiting for the next moment to be better than the moment they are in. As long as we continue to wait for life to happen, for some event to occur (win the lottery, loose weight, get married, get divorced, the weekend, vacation, retire, etc.), we continue to put off living life today. I believe Benjamin Franklin got it right when he said, "Most people die at 25 and aren't buried until they're 75." What Mr. Franklin meant, of course, was that by the time most people reach the age of 25 they have already become conditioned to wait for life to happen. We can only live in the present moment. As long as we continue to wait, our true potential to be happy, to live, to discover new possibilities, to grow, to create, to make a difference, and to become what we are capable of becoming... dies!
