Write a journal entry to describe global culture. would you describe it as a “soup” or “salad”?

Some people call the world a “melting pot,” where different cultures (the ingredients of the soup) blend together. In the cultural “soup,” each “ingredient,” or culture, may become so blended with the others that it’s no longer an individual item. Other compare global culture to a salad bowl in which many different cultures (ingredients) are “tossed” together in a bowl, but each culture (or ingredient) remains separate.

In your journal entry, explain why you think global culture should be described as “soup” or “salad.”
