In IT field, using one thousand lines of coding to accomplish an eight hundred line's tasks is not observing KISS principle unless it has more necessary functions to exercise, otherwise, performance issue may be brought up in actual usage environment; similarly, bureacracy may be seen if KISS rule is not exercised well in business operations management, we can see the examples in daily life, management becomes an issue of business management.
