请教：现在经过一段时间的练习听力和阅读都有了一定的提高，

但是口语感觉提高得比较慢比听力和阅读，可能跟我不太爱说话有关系，但是有什么好的方法改善一下吗？现在每天坚持听新闻看新闻！每天看新闻的时间会跟着读。还有什么别的方法吗？谢谢大家。
