Hugo Rifkind (born 1977 in Edinburgh) is the son of former Conservative Cabinet Minister and MP, Sir Malcolm Rifkind.

Until May 2008 he wrote a diary column for The Times ('People') focusing on politicians, celebrities, and other well-known personalities.
