I still have accent. Here is what I believe to be helpful for oral practice.

1) Listen to the news often and become familiarize with the tones;

2) Pay close attention to the pronaunciation of words invovle r or l (don't add r sound into the words if it's not there, and don't mix up r and l in some words)
