What do you say about idiomatic Bob in the pic below: who carries the burden of a monkey on his back, with a frog in his throat, butterflies in his stomach and ants in his pants, but still manages to put on the smile of a Cheshire cat? Is he a bird brain with eagle eye sight or the bee's knees?
