we need  buy an inflatable boat just in case it happens again in the future. 

One of our neighbours who lived here long time ago said something similiar happend 20 years ago.

The big streets nearly got  flooded. the city digged a huge hole an an empty place to used as a reservoir.

Maybe because of this, the streets in our areas not got flooded this time. But a section of the trail nearly got glooded.
