My try as below :-)

I couldn't meet you,
but I know you are colorful
I didn't see you 
but I hear you can dance
with the skies as the stage
with ever changing movements
you shone over mountains and oceans
dropped lights over forests and fields
and then you were gone, 
as fast and quiet as when you came

....
