The Missouri court issued a judgment on October 31, determining that the National Association of Realtors and two brokerage firms, Homeservices of America and Keller Williams Realty, liable to pay $1.8 billion in fines for conspiring to artificially boost commissions. This could signify the beginning of the end for the current parctices of real estate market.
