1。 韩式牡蛎煎饼 - 用韩式煎饼专用的炸粉，成品比较酥脆。搭配韭菜

2。 酸菜猪血牡蛎羹

用地瓜粉兜一下，煮熟后很嫩滑。

猪血要先川烫过
