APAD: Least said, soonest mended.

Bad situations will be forgotten more quickly if not dwelled on; generally used

to discourage a person from complaining, apologizing, arguing, or making

excuses.

 

A very useful proverb which I heard a long time ago. But it has never stuck.

I hope APAD would change that.
