African Proverb: It is the still and silent sea that drowns a man. Meaning: Depending on how you look at it, this proverb can be interpreted as a strategy or a warning. As warning, it advises us to watch out for things that appear unimposing and unsuspecting since they often bring about undesirable consequences.

What's its Chinese Translation?
