restless heart

Since China's Zero-COVID policy with dozens days of quarantine was lifted the heart of home return has started getting restless again. The opening lights up hopes and cases explosion enhances worries.  I lost my father in April 2021, the funeral is still pending. 
Dug out this song a few days ago, it was almost three years ago,  shy of two months to three full years to be exact, when I just returned from the first half of COVID home field being in 14 days quarantine.  I sang it with all kinds of anxious emotions not knowing when my next home run could be. 

It's time to go home, hopefully summer time,,,

终点又回到起点; In the end back to the start point again.
到现在 才发觉; Only now I discovered

经过的事 已随风而去; What has passed has gone with the wind
驿动的心 已渐渐平息; The restless heart has gradually calmed down
疲惫的我; Exhausted me.
是否有缘 和你相依; If fate allows us to depend on each other?
曾经以为我的家
是一张张的票根
撕开后展开旅程
投入另外一个陌生
这样飘荡多少天
这样孤独多少年
终点又回到起点
到现在 才发觉
