从Elon当选时代周刊年度人物想到墨子

Elon Musk is Time's 2021 Person of the Year。他说了这段话 "I admire anyone who is making a positive contribution to humanity, whether that is in entertainment or technology," Musk told Time. "I think anyone who is doing things that are really useful for the rest of humanity, I admire them greatly."

 

这话让我想起先贤墨子。了解墨子的人一定熟悉他的主张，包括：“兼爱”、“尚賢”、“交相利”等等。“兼爱”实则是反对儒家的“亲有差”。“尚賢”就不用说了，是任人为才，而不是靠关系。“交相利”是指劳动光荣，人人为社会作贡献。作为工匠代表，墨子提倡发展技术和促进生产力。

 

试想一下，如果当初占上风的是墨家而不是儒家，中国会出多少Elon Musk，又谁会知道呢？
