我的翻译是严格地按照原作文字表面的意思进行的，并没有按自己的理解添加。唯一不同的是我在翻译中没有像作者那样使用跨行句。但是只因为这个不同，我就说这是“意译”，这其实是我用词不当。
跨行句的目的：

Enjambment builds a more complex narrative within a poem by fleshing out a thought instead of confining it to one line.
怎样读有跨行句的诗：
Enjambment has the effect of encouraging the reader to continue reading from one line to the next, since most of the time a line of poetry that's enjambed won't make complete sense until the reader finishes the clause or sentence on the following line or lines.
从这些解释可以看出，跨行句的断句除了让文字在形式上显得像诗，一般并无其他意义。就拿这首《为什么》来说，作者本人在朗诵时，也完全不顾及自己在哪里断句，而是按照表意的自然句的划分朗读的。
换句话说，因为跨行句只是一个存粹的形式，在译作中用不用对意思并无影响，不用也不算意译。
