Who the hell did I miss

A few years ago during the tax season ... ...

A Canadian guy's income tax report was turned back by CRA (Canadian Revenue Agency)
With questionnaires from his tax report form.

One of the questions was "Do you have any dependants?"

To this he replied

"2.1 million illegal immigrants,

1.1 million crack heads,

4.4 million unemployable people,

901 thousand people in over 85 prisons,

and 650 idiots in Parliament."

Apparently, this was NOT an acceptable answer. The question was sent back to him again. 

And he wrote back to CRA "Who the hell did I miss"?
