If you feel lonely,
Do a yoga tree pose.
Imagine yourself a rainbow tree,
Growing in a beautiful forest.
Stretch your hands up high,
So the treetop touches the sky.
Feel energy flow to your feet,
Fill in any emptiness you experience.
Leaves chant in the wind,
A thousand eyes wide open.
Taste the raindrops falling from orchid petals,
Listen to the sound of flowers blooming in the mist.
The Sun glides over dark night shadow,
Shows the world a hundred miles grin.
Breathe the life around you,
Who will never be a lonely tree.

如果你感到孤独，
就做一个瑜伽树姿势。
想象自己是一棵彩虹树，
生长在美丽的森林里。
双手向高处伸展，
使树梢触及天空。
感觉能量流向脚底，
填补你感知的任何空虚。
树叶在风中吟唱，
千眼清亮地睁开。
舔尝从兰花花瓣上滚落的雨滴,
细听花朵在雾中绽放。
太阳滑过漆黑的夜影，
向世界展示百里笑容。
你若呼吸身边的生机活力，
将永远不会是一棵孤独的树。
