MLK's "I have a dream" is the bible to those racism fighting "warriors". Let's take a look at the most quoted words from MLK's speech. He preached "I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character". In essence, his message is to be color blind. Thus, race should never be a factor in any decision making process. This merit/performance based approach is perfectly reflected in NBA. African American players dominate and excel on the basketball court, whereas a handful Asian players struggle.
