乳癌发生在左胸比右胸更常见。

左胸比右胸有5 - 10%的更多可能形成癌变。人的身体左侧也有10%的机率更容易患上黑色素瘤(一种皮肤癌)。没人确切地知道这是为什么。 

Breast cancer is more common on the left side than on the right.

The left breast is 5-10% more likely to become cancerous than the right one. There is also a 10% chance of getting melanoma (a type of skin cancer) in the left side of the body. The reasons for these phenomena have not been exactly known.
