My new years resolution: Keep on breathing never give up.

Kent Survival  channel is my bedtime must... camping, fire cooking, super relaxing... ...

This episode is about a campfire giant steak cooking competition, help Raise awareness for Mental Health issues.

When Andy, the owner of the channel,  talked about himself's long time battle with mental depression and stress, I was astonished, unbelievable, such a sunshine man always with warm smile also once had mental health issue.   He talked about his practice to overcome mental stress and in turn used his experience to help others. An inspiring episode. 

People likely present their better part during social life, even hide emotion to the family. The real oneself came to live when on  one's own.  A restaurant owner recorded a peaceful mid aged man stepped into a pouring rain for a 10 minutes' outcry for no reason after picking up his take-out.

My wife has been following a channel 流浪者957, a lone trailer traveller across China with a dog and later a cat added in. I expressed my confusion, what kind of personality could lead to this kind of life?  My answer is below Andie's video.

I don't really learn but like his British English to listen.

A few weeks ago, 流浪者957 posted his live suicide video using natural gas, in a trailer park of Wuhan, this video was deleted quickly from Youtube. His attempt was failed, fortunately, caught almost instantly by the followers, he was resecured by police and the fans in Wuhan. 

So you got the answer already, right?

would you believe such a man could commit suicide after watching this video?

Believe or not, mental health problem seems more profound nowadays.

How many could say his mental health is totally unaffected by this pandemic and lockdown?

Does an always happy appearance necessarily mean  an always happy soul?
