We first make our habits, and then our habits make us

Thanks yingyudidida for posting the echo method. I believe it’s a great way to correct my intonation and accent. I start practicing it yesterday and I’ll try to do it everyday from now on. BTW, I have been doing a one minute practice everyday for a period of time. I feel much more comfortable doing it now.

I have been trying to build some good habits after the pandemic started. Since we are working from home, building good habits is much easier than before. I hope I'll stick with those habits even after the pandemic is over.
