Could u pronounce “ear” & “year” correctly？

看到楼下忒绿和花董在讨论donkey's years， 真是第一次学了这个短语。

就想起来自己曾经很尴尬的遇到说“ear”但是别人听不懂的情况。看看大家这两个词发得准吗？
