Use am/is/are as as aux. for adjective; do/does are aux. for verb.
Using more 3rd person as subject can make your points stronger, it is the way to demonstrate facts and objective existence; whereas 1st person is more subjective. Even sometimes it is extirely your own opinion, you still can manipulate your sentences with 3rd person subjects to make them sound more objective, consequently more convincing.
