1105 Gone with the wind and Love in the fallen city

I watched Gone with the wind last night. I love the movie so much, and I watched it at least 3 times so far I guess. I was a teenager when I first saw the movie. I was stunned by the beauty of  Vivien Leigh.  The love story itself was fascinating. This time when I watched the movie again, the story reminded me of Eileen Chang’ novel “Love in the fallen city（倾城之恋）”. If not because of the war, those two love stories might have never happened. Eileen Chang’s story was ended with the marriage of “白流苏'' and “范柳原”. Gone with the wind was ended with the devoice of Rhett and Scarlett.  But I can tell both stories left lots of imagination to viewers.

life is full of possibilities. That’s why we both love and hate towards life itself I guess.
