A Neighbor

Sitting outside Paul, a French bakery in Georgetown, DC,  and seeing the woman next to me talking to herself, with frantic gestures, her blond arm hair shining in the morning sun, her backpack on the floor, a Fiji bottle water and cranberry juice, a triangular container of sandwich on the table .....and she is not a customer 'cause she didn't buy anything from the bakery and just sat down eating, drinking and endless self-talking.
