Ms. Diver and I went to Alaska earlier this summer, and we both found it difficult to drive there. Why? Well, for one thing, in addition to pedestrian crossings, there was a whole new category of salmon crossings that we had to pay attention to. For another, when we finally got to our destination, we found many parking spots reserved for bears! See the photos below so that you can believe me (or not). Watch out when you go there!
