Telling,recovering, 后缀ing可以读得时间长些

语速放慢些，长的句子比下面这个，在/ /那里稍喘气或停顿一下或拉长前面的音，这样你读起来轻松，听的人也容易理解

But before all the men/ out there/ flip to the next chapter /with a collective groan /or head to a sports bar /to drink a beer /and watch a game
